W.E.C. Engineers, Inc. provides engineering plan review and  works closely with the Zoning Officer and the Manager. Together they provide information necessary for the Planning Commission and the Borough Council to make informed decisions.

W.E.C. also provides review letters for outside agencies. These letters included;

• Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plans

• Traffic Reports

• Stormwater Management Plans

• Reports and Permit Requirements

Other developments have included office parks, residential developments, planned residential developments and the expansion and construction of commercial buildings. 

W.E.C. provides reviews for bonding purposes and performs construction inspections as required by the Borough Ordinances. W.E.C. also conducts bond release inspections and all other services as required by the MPC.
